You may sign up for an eSIM data service online, activate your phone by downloading the eSIM information, and select/use the Tplus for data. By doing so, the existing main line is used for voice/message services, while the eSIM is used for data.
○ The eSIM prepaid service offers only data plans without voice or text plans (only balance-notifying text messages can be received)
○ The eSIM prepaid service has a validity period of 30 days, which is deducted by 1 day at every 0 o'clock, regardless of the service hours of each day.
○ Mobile Voice over Internet Protocol (mVoIP), a voice call service through the data network, is not available.
○ The service charge can only be paid by credit card; no refund is available if requested (after payment) due to the customer's change of mind.
○ For the convenience of the customers, an alert message is sent when the data usage reaches 100MB, 300MB, and when it is over the one's data plan limit.
○ A notification message regarding the expiration is sent one day before the expiration date occurs
